Role overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior SEO Executive to join our team at Threepipe. This role is key to enhancing the performance of our clients’ organic search campaigns. You'll work closely with the SEO Account Manager to deliver high-quality work across technical, on-page, and content marketing. As a senior member of the team, you will also support and guide junior team members, helping to maintain high standards across all deliverables.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day activities for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct market analyses, technical audits, on-page optimisation, and gen-ai monitoring and refinement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise results.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and key learnings.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and industry news, sharing relevant insights with the team.
  • Mentor SEO Executives to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of work.
  • Perform quality control checks on deliverables produced by SEO Executives.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments and specialists where organic search overlaps with other digital channels.

 

About the candidate:

  • A university degree (2:1 or higher), ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Exposure to other digital marketing channels such as paid search is a plus.
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable using Excel, including creating formulas and analysing datasets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in researching and sharing relevant SEO and industry updates with the wider team.
  • Some experience in client communication is desirable.
