We’re looking for a Junior SEO Analyst to support our UK Digital Experience team. This is a UK-focused role, working primarily with UK clients as part of the UK team. You’ll help with day-to-day tasks across keyword research, topic research, technical checks, on-page optimisation, content briefs, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, and reporting. This role suits someone with a sharp eye for detail, a love of data, and a genuine interest in search, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing. You’ll be mentored by senior analysts and given clear training paths.
What you’ll do
Assist with keyword research, SERP analysis, and topic discovery.
Help run site crawls and basic technical checks (status codes, indexability, metadata, internal linking).
Support content optimisation: write/update titles & meta, headings, alt text, and internal links using briefs from the team.
Contribute to technical checks using Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
Maintain local SEO assets (e.g., Google Business Profiles) and citations where required.
Implement YouTube content optimisation recommendations.
Contribute to performance reports (pulling data from GA4, GSC, GBP and SEO platforms) and assisting with data visualisation (Google Sheets and Slides)
Conduct backlink audits for issues and opportunities.
Stay current with SEO best practices and share useful updates with the team.

LLMs: Gemini and ChatGPT
Requirements
1+ years of experience in SEO or a related digital role.
An understanding of how search engines work, on-page ranking factors, and site performance fundamentals.
An understanding of consumer and search behaviour.
An understanding of SEO KPIs.
Nice to have (not essential)
Copywriting skills.
Basic HTML/CSS.
Agency experience or client-facing communication.
Experience or interest in social search (TikTok, YouTube).
