About the Role
Join TMGM as a Regional SEO Lead and take charge of driving our SEO strategy across pivotal markets in Asia. Our commitment to offering a world-class trading platform is matched by our dedication to enhancing visibility and engagement through top-notch search engine optimisation. In this strategic role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our regional websites are equipped to attract and convert higher organic traffic while maintaining TMGM's reputation as a leader in online trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop localised SEO strategies tailored to specific markets (e.g., Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea), taking into account local search behaviour, regulatory considerations, and the competitive landscape.
- Lead and oversee market-specific SEO initiatives in collaboration with external SEO agencies, ensuring all efforts are strategically aligned with global marketing objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with local marketing teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging, high-quality deliverables, and timely execution.
- Maintain strong communication with the Global SEO Team to align on strategic priorities, share key insights, and enhance cross-market SEO performance.
- Analyze SEO performance data (including organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, and content effectiveness) and proactively refine strategies to support business growth.
- Provide guidance to junior SEO team members on tactical execution when required, with a primary focus on strategic planning, coordination, and quality assurance rather than direct implementation.
Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of SEO differences across markets, with the ability to localize and adapt strategies accordingly.Β
- Proven track record of agency management, including briefing, quality control, and performance evaluation.Β
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and achieving SEO KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial services or trading industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and an additional regional language is preferred.
