About this Role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist with hands-on experience who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day optimisation activities. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked independently on a live website, understands how to diagnose SEO issues, and can use data, tools, and AI-driven insights to support decision-making. You will collaborate closely with digital teams to enhance organic performance and contribute to scaling our search visibility.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily SEO optimisation tasks across our websites, ensuring consistent technical and on-page improvements.
• Conduct advanced keyword research using both AI-enhanced and industry-standard tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Analyse performance trends in Google Search Console and other reporting dashboards to uncover opportunities.
• Provide clear, actionable SEO recommendations to content, UX, and development teams.
• Support the monitoring and troubleshooting of technical SEO issues, proposing solutions where needed.
• Prepare structured reports using spreadsheets to track impact, visibility, and organic performance.
• Apply the latest AI tools to support research, pattern identification, and content enhancement.

Who you are

• You bring at least 1 year of dedicated SEO experience, with 3+ years preferred, and have worked directly on improving website performance.
• You are an experienced user of SEMrush or Ahrefs and can confidently navigate Google Search Console.
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets to organise data and visualise trends.
• You have an interest in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to support analysis and optimisation.
• You do not require step-by-step instructions for common SEO tasks and can identify problems and propose effective solutions independently.
