For this WITH implant mission, you will join the Digital Business Performance division within the Digital Retail and Client Development function of a luxury fashion brand. Operating in an era of significant digital transformation within the luxury industry, you’ll work in a fast-paced setting where brand prestige meets commercial results.

Key Missions

Your primary focus will be establishing SEO and GEO (Generative Search Optimization) as critical business accelerators within our global digital ecosystem, guaranteeing our brand maintains dominant visibility across all regions and search platforms.

Acting as a central coordinator, you’ll bridge strategy, content excellence, and technical capabilities to drive both brand presence and revenue outcomes.

Strategic Leadership

  • Shape and execute worldwide SEO & GEO frameworks aligned with commercial objectives and brand identity

  • Establish organic search as a primary growth engine linked to product introductions, customer acquisition, and digital commerce results

  • Build content-first methodologies alongside Communication, E-Merchandising, and Client Development functions, maintaining editorial quality and market consistency

Performance & Insights

  • Track and communicate worldwide SEO & GEO metrics, uncovering actionable insights, expansion opportunities, and regional patterns

  • Present compelling performance stories and strategic proposals to executive leadership, demonstrating organic visibility’s contribution to revenue and brand expansion

Regional Collaboration

  • Guide and empower 7 international territories (Americas, EMEA, China, Japan, Korea, South Asia, North Asia) through strategic direction, competitive analysis, and actionable roadmaps

Technical Excellence

  • Track and forecast technical requirements to boost SEO & GEO effectiveness, partnering closely with Product and Engineering functions

  • Lead central, cross-team initiatives: enhance analytics frameworks, advance tools and approaches, and embed SEO throughout our digital infrastructure

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Paid Search, CRM, Data Science, and E-Merchandising to create integrated acquisition and conversion approaches

  • Inspire and educate internal and regional teams, building a results-oriented culture and ongoing learning around the changing search environment
