As the Director of SEO, you will lead our SEO team and manage the growth and success of the SEO team. You will collaborate closely with C-Suite to ensure our vision is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of our SEO strategy.
Ensure quality product is being delivered for all clients enrolled in SEO products
Manage and motivate a growing team of 20+ in-office, remote, and offshore SEO analysts, strategists, content writers, and web developers.
Mentor and train teams on industry standards, company protocols, and best practices.
Drive personal growth and development among the SEO team through mentorship.
Craft and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth
Develop comprehensive internal processes for seamless implementation across our portfolio
Provide expert guidance on SEO best practices and execution.
Implement scalable tracking solutions using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Foster a client-centric culture focused on continuous learning and growth
Educate CHD on SEO advancements to ensure Account Managers & Sales team effectively communicate our achievements and abilities
Boost departmental and company revenue through efficiency enhancements, strategic diversification, and support for new business opportunities.

A minimum 3 years of SEO experience
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
Experience managing a team of 15+ employees
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush, AdWords, YouTube, etc.
Deep technical understanding of the SEO industry and technologies
Experience troubleshooting complex website issues.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agency environment.
Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse levels of digital marketing knowledge.
Executive presence with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with acute attention to detail
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat).
5+ years of related work experience with managing SEO Campaigns in-house or in an agency setting
5+ years of management experience
Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticals
Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
