We are looking for an organised and proactive Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our Media marketing team (Finance Magnates & investingLive). This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SEO experience who is also comfortable supporting digital campaigns, managing website updates, and handling day-to-day digital marketing tasks.
This is a hands-on role focused mainly on SEO, with responsibility for managing display campaigns and supporting wider digital marketing activities.
The successful candidate will help improve the search performance of our websites, manage client display campaigns through Google Ad Manager, and support the marketing team across several projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, coordinate, and carry out the SEO plan across all company websites.
- Monitor technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with content, development, and product teams.
- Support website migrations, redirects, page updates, and pre- and post-launch SEO checks.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, clicks, impressions, conversions, and other key SEO results.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates, search trends, Google search features, and changes in AI search.
- Prepare regular SEO reports with clear findings, business impact, and recommended actions.
- Set up and manage client display campaigns through Google Ad Manager, including placements, targeting, assets, and campaign dates.
- Monitor campaign delivery, impressions, clicks, CTR, pacing, and placement results, and resolve setup or under-delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and prepare clear client performance reports.
- Update website pages, landing pages, forms, and campaign content, while supporting email, webinar, awards, and lead-generation campaigns when required.
- Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager is highly preferred.
- Experience using a content management system.
- Good understanding of display advertising and common banner formats.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while taking ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Experience with Looker Studio.
- An interest in how content appears within AI-based search results.
