About the Client

You will create SEO‑optimized content such as blogs, guides, landing pages, and case studies. You will use AI tools for drafting, then apply strong human editing to ensure originality, accuracy, and brand alignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining AI efficiency with human creativity.

Key Responsibilities 

· Research and generate initial content drafts using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar), then perform comprehensive human edits to ensure originality, factual accuracy, SEO optimization, and alignment with client voice and guidelines.
· Incorporate primary and long-tail keywords naturally while adhering to on-page SEO best practices (e.g., meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and image alt text), refining AI-generated content to avoid repetition or generic phrasing.
· Collaborate with the SEO team to analyze performance data (via tools like Google Analytics or Ahrefs) and iterate on AI-assisted content for better rankings and conversions.
· Review and optimize existing content for underperforming assets, using AI for quick audits and human editing to enhance relevance, unique selling points (USPs), tone, and brand consistency.
· Manage content workflows, including AI-drafted outlines in tools like Google Docs, human revisions for quality, uploading to CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and coordinating approvals with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, AI advancements in content creation, and industry best practices to inform hybrid AI-human strategies.
· Handle multiple client campaigns simultaneously, adapting AI-generated drafts to different audiences and industries through skilled human editing.
· Contribute to content brainstorming sessions, using AI for rapid ideation and suggesting topic ideas based on keyword research and trending opportunities, with final human curation.

Qualifications and Requirements 

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing agency setting, with demonstrated use of AI tools for content generation.
· Experience working and publishing content within the WordPress platform. Familiarity with the Elementor page builder is a plus.
· Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content clustering, combined with the ability to edit AI output for superior quality.
· Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, or similar, and AI writing platforms for efficient drafting.
· Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published SEO-optimized content (please provide links or samples, highlighting any AI-assisted but human-edited work).
· Ability to adapt tone and voice to various brands and audiences while ensuring human-edited content maintains consistency, engagement, and originality.
· Strong research skills and attention to detail to verify and enhance AI-generated facts with data-backed insights.
· Self-motivated with excellent time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, balancing AI speed with human polish.
