SEO Specialist

We are hiring a talented SEO Specialist to join the growth team. This role will develop and implement new tactics to drive growth and maximize the organic search channel as a whole. The SEO Specialist will have to make marketing decisions, creatively think outside the box, and work on multiple projects with results-driven goals at the top of their mind.

• Collaborate with SEO team members to develop and execute effective strategies and tactics.
• Develop, Manage, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search engine performance
• Monitor and analyze multiple datasets to make data-driven decisions 
• Work with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices and to identify areas of improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes with SEO and major search engines, adapting strategies as necessary.

• 3+ years of SEO experience with an international e-commerce/online company.
• Thorough knowledge of search ranking factors, key algorithm updates, and core web vitals.
• Highly familiar with GenAI as it relates to SEO
• Proficiency in web analytics tools, keyword tools, and SEO tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and trends along meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• A team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
