Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to drive qualified organic traffic and conversions.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and opportunity analysis aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
Define and implement scalable on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
Lead technical audits and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Performance & Analysis
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Translate SEO data into insights and actionable plans for ongoing optimization.
Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for growth or content gaps.
Track KPIs such as rankings, traffic, crawl/indexation issues, and conversion rates to measure success.
Technical SEO
Diagnose and resolve crawlability, indexation, and site structure issues.
Collaborate with developers to implement structured data, site speed improvements, canonical tags, hreflang tags, etc.
Monitor and support the successful rollout of site migrations, redesigns, and new page templates.
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a subject matter expert for SEO across the organization.
Mentor junior SEO analysts and contribute to internal SEO knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure SEO aligns with overall marketing and business strategies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or high-growth in-house environment.
Demonstrated success managing complex SEO projects and improving organic performance.
Skills & Tools
Deep understanding of Google’s ranking algorithms, search engine behavior, and SEO trends.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Adobe Experience Manager.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualization tools like Looker Studio, or Excel.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in solving complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in international SEO or multi-language/multi-region site management.
Google Analytics Certification or other relevant SEO certifications.
