Requirements:  

  • 4+ years of SEO experience in the software development outsourcing/outstaffing niche, with proven success in the USA market (Healthcare/MedTech experience is a plus).
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on measurable outcomes over reports.
  • Expertise in intent semantics and aligning content strategies.
  • Strong data interpretation skills to enhance performance.
  • Hands-on experience in backlinks management, including tracking and disavowing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • B2+ English level, with the ability to create and assess professional content. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for the USA market, focusing on Healthcare and MedTech in software development outsourcing/outstaffing.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to optimize for high-impact terms and align with target search intents.
  • Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices and targets prioritized search intents.
  • Analyze and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 and other tools, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Optimize technical aspects of the website, including structure, speed, and crawlability.
  • Monitor and adapt to competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 

Team:  Marketing teams of 7+ people 

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule.
